The Franklin, Tennessee estate was bought through a trust for $6.2 million in November 2023, per property records cited by realtor.com, and served as the couple's primary residence for roughly two years. realtor.com reports Jelly Roll, whose real name is Jason DeFord, filed for divorce from Alisa DeFord in Williamson County, TN on May 18, and weeks later gave full ownership of the sprawling property to Bunnie. Now the former couple is letting the home go entirely.

The property is a showpiece by any measure. Amenities include a five-car garage, basement, resort-style pool, soaring ceilings, and modern finishes, all set behind a gated driveway on close to 10 acres of elegantly manicured land.
