Enter Air, Poland's largest charter operator, opens the Romanian branch Romanian Carriage as partner Paralela 45 expands its summer 2027 program.
A Polish giant opens a Romanian branch
Enter Air, the largest charter flight operator in Poland, has opened a local branch in Romania under the name Romanian Carriage, as reported by spotmedia.ro and goldring.ro.
The move comes in the context of the company's partnership with the Romanian tour agency Paralela 45, which was taken over in 2025 by the Polish group Rainbow Tours.
Under the agreement, the majority of charter flights in Paralela 45's summer 2027 program are set to be operated by the Polish carrier, according to data analyzed by profit.ro that both outlets cite.
Romanian Carriage marks Enter Air's expansion onto the local market for a private airline specialized in carrying tourists, mainly through charter flights flown for travel agencies and tour operators.
Why the entry matters for Romanian travelers
The surprise here is scale: a Warsaw-listed carrier with a fleet of more than 30 Boeing aircraft serving over 250 destinations is now operating on the Romanian market rather than simply selling capacity from afar.
spotmedia.ro notes that for summer 2027 Paralela 45 is preparing an extended program with flights to ten countries, among them Greece, Turkey and Spain. The offer will also include a new charter route, Bucharest–Tirana, giving Romanian holidaymakers a fresh direct link to Albania.
goldring.ro adds that Enter Air grew from an initial fleet of two aircraft into an international operation, with air bases in Poland, France, Spain and the United Kingdom, coordinating operations from Warsaw.
Who is Enter Air and what backs the expansion
Enter Air began operations with its first flights in 2010 and is a private company listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, according to goldring.ro, which reports the airline was founded in 2009 by Marcin Kubrak, the current CEO, and Marcin Andrzej Kubrak.
Unlike traditional scheduled airlines, the group sells its transport capacity to tourism partners, integrating flights into vacation packages.
goldring.ro also reports that Enter Air runs its own training center for pilots and crews and provides maintenance and technical assistance services through group entities.
Financially, the group reported consolidated revenues of nearly 700 million euros for 2025 and a net profit of roughly 52.5 million euros, a figure spotmedia.ro also carries.
What comes next for the market
With Rainbow Tours owning Paralela 45 since 2025 and Enter Air now present through Romanian Carriage, the Polish group has moved from shareholder to operator on the Romanian market, wiring local package holidays into its wider charter network.
If the plan reported by spotmedia.ro holds, most of Paralela 45's summer 2027 charter flights will be flown by the Polish carrier, spanning ten countries from Greece to Spain plus the new Bucharest–Tirana route.
goldring.ro notes the company coordinates operations from bases in Poland, France, Spain and the UK, so Romanian departures would slot into an established system. For Romanian travelers, the practical stakes are broader summer capacity and one more direct southern route.
